From My Healing to Yours: How Dowsing Opens New Paths to Health ✨

When I look back at my journey, the part that strikes me most deeply is how much time was lost. Years of living with illness that had no name. Years of symptoms brushed aside or attributed to the wrong condition. Years where, if the right diagnosis had been made sooner, my story might have been different. The delay cost me dearly. It cost me my pituitary gland, my health, and years of my life.

That is why I am so passionate about what I am doing now.

From Struggle to Skill

When I began dowsing for my own health, it started as a survival tool. I had no other way to check quickly what my body needed in a moment of uncertainty. Blood tests came too late, symptoms were complex, and the medical system was never close enough to catch me before a crisis. My pendulum and my guides gave me something I didn’t have anywhere else: clarity in the moment.

Over time, this practice became more than just a tool for myself. It became a skill I could share. I began working with others, bringing in my background in clinical herbalism and the skincare remedies I had been creating along my healing path. What I found is that the combination of these approaches — dowsing, herbal knowledge, and nurturing rituals — creates a way of working that is both deeply practical and profoundly supportive.

Holding Space for Others

One of the first times I guided someone else through this work was with Grace. She joined me for a ritual, and the experience that unfolded for her was powerful. She connected, felt, and received insight in a way that was both unexpected and transformative. It showed me that this path is not just for me, it is something I can help open for others.

I believe many people are carrying undiagnosed conditions, hidden layers of illness, or simply the weight of not being heard. What I want is to shorten that journey, to help people reach clarity faster, to guide them toward the right care and the support that will actually meet their needs.

A Veil Lifted

Sometimes I wonder if losing my pituitary has, in its own way, heightened my connection to the unseen. It feels as though something shifted, as though a veil lifted and my intuition became sharper, my guides clearer. Perhaps it is simply what happens when life strips you down to your essence, but perhaps it is more. Either way, it is something I honour, and something I now bring into this work.

A Movement, Not Just a Practice

For me, this is not just about offering dowsing sessions. It is about creating a movement, a way of reimagining healing that combines the wisdom of spirit, the knowledge of plants, and the power of daily rituals.

My mission is not only to guide others but to teach them to guide themselves. To offer a hand in the moment when everything feels uncertain, and to empower them to keep listening within long after our session ends.

A Reflection for You

If you feel called to try this for yourself, here is a gentle question to sit with:

  • Find a quiet space.

  • Breathe slowly.

  • Place your hand on your heart.

  • Ask: “What is one message my body is trying to tell me today?”

Notice what arises; a feeling, a word, a memory, a sensation. Trust it. Your body and your spirit are always speaking. The practice is in learning to listen.
