About Starlight Rituals
My name is Amber, and Starlight Rituals is the work of my hands, my heart, and my healing.
I grew up among salt air, open fields, and ancient stone. The landscapes of Wales shaped my earliest sense of belonging; wild, quiet, and full of unseen presence. As a child, I spent hours turning over small crystals in my palms, listening without knowing I was listening. Those same stones returned to me years later, at a time when I needed them most. They are still part of my healing practice today.
Life led me through illness, misdiagnosis, trauma, and the long work of finding my way home to myself. There were years defined by endurance. Years where my voice was quiet and my needs were set aside. When my health began to fail, I knew instinctively to return to the Earth. I began studying herbal medicine formally and completed a Level 4 qualification in Clinical Herbalism, grounding myself in anatomy, plant chemistry, and the living intelligence of plants.
Traditional medicine remains essential to my survival. Yet it was through herbal healing and intuition that I learned to listen deeply, to respect my body, and to trust my inner knowing when nothing made sense from the outside.
After my pituitary surgery, something shifted. The veil between what is seen and what is sensed grew thinner. My dowsing became precise, direct, and necessary; a way of navigating pain, treatment, and recovery when mainstream systems could not guide me. In that fragile space, something sacred opened.
I began making what I could not find:
skincare that uplifts through gentle, high-frequency formulation,
creams that support and soothe rather than overwhelm,
and malas that are not accessories but companions to inner work.
These offerings began not as products, but as ways to survive, and then, slowly, as ways to live.

Starlight Rituals is a family-led creation, made in Folkestone by the sea, carried by love, held by ancestors, guided by intuition. Our home is full of herbs, crystals, drawings, books, and laughter. Healing is not something we offer from a distance. It is something we live.
