Each Starlight Rituals mala is created as a one of a kind spiritual companion, designed specifically for the person who will wear it. The process is intuitive, deliberate, and deeply personal.

 

After an order is placed, I work through dowsing to attune to the energetic field of the wearer. From this space, the gemstones, structure, number, and overall flow of the mala are determined according to what is most supportive at this time. The mala is not created from a fixed design or symbolic template. While intentions may be shared, the crystals and structure are guided through dowsing rather than preselection.

 

This is not mass produced jewellery. It is a personal ritual object, created slowly and intentionally, with care.

 

 

 

How your mala is created

 

Once your order is received, the recipient will be asked to complete a short form to confirm their name, give energetic permission for the work to take place, and share any intentions, qualities, or themes they feel drawn toward.

 

I then enter a calm, focused state and use dowsing as a method of intuitive guidance. Through this process, clarity is received around the crystal selection, bead order, the number of each crystal, and the overall rhythm and balance of the mala.

 

Where appropriate, I may share the crystal combination and energetic themes before the mala is made. The process is collaborative, gentle, and guided by the wisdom of the individual’s own path.

 

 

 

Energetic permission and gifting

 

Because this work involves attunement to a person’s energetic field, clear and willing energetic permission must be present.

 

This offering may be purchased as a gift, even if the recipient is unaware in advance. However, if during the dowsing process it becomes clear that permission is not given or that the work is not aligned or welcome, the order will not proceed.

 

In this situation, a full refund will be issued, or you may choose to redirect your order to a ready made, non bespoke offering instead.

 

This boundary is essential to how I work and ensures that all bespoke pieces are created safely, respectfully, and with integrity.

 

 

 

Materials and construction

 

Each mala is hand knotted bead by bead using my signature silver toned soul cord. The cord is either one hundred percent Tencel or rayon, often described as vegan silk. Both are plant derived, biodegradable, strong, and soft to the touch.

 

I dowse to determine which cord material is most aligned for the wearer. You do not need to select a cord type. The most supportive option is chosen intuitively.

 

Each bead is individually knotted, and the cord is sealed to prevent unravelling. The mala is designed to be worn, held, breathed with, and lived alongside.

 

 

 

Focal elements and future additions

 

Every bespoke mala includes at least one dowsed focal element. This may be a crystal focal bead, a tassel, an energy talisman, or a combination where appropriate.

 

Focal elements are attached using a titanium hinge ring, allowing additions or changes over time if your journey evolves. Additional charms or talismans may be added later as separate offerings.

 

 

 

Your personalised crystal card deck and guided meditation

 

For every crystal included in your mala, a corresponding crystal card is created specifically for that piece. Each card includes insight into the crystal, its role within the mala, and a written affirmation.

 

Because every mala is different, every crystal deck is different. Most decks include between ten and twenty five individual crystal cards and often span twenty to fifty or more pages in digital format, depending on the number of distinct crystals and the depth of the work involved.

 

These decks are never reused and are created uniquely for your mala.

 

Once the mala is complete, I write and record a personalised guided meditation aligned to the energy of the crystal combination. This meditation is offered as a gentle way to connect with the mala and can be returned to whenever grounding or support is needed.

 

Digital delivery allows for greater depth and flexibility and is the standard format for this offering.

 

 

 

Guidance format options

 

You may choose how your guidance and crystal card deck are delivered.

 

The digital guidance option includes the bespoke mala, a personalised guided meditation audio, and a fully bespoke digital crystal card deck delivered electronically.

 

The printed and digital option includes everything above, plus your crystal cards printed, cut, and packaged by hand. Due to the time and materials involved in producing a unique physical deck, this option carries an additional cost.

 

 

 

Care, repairs, and renewal

 

Each mala includes one year of complimentary repair and restoration. If the mala loosens or breaks due to wear within the first year, I will restring and restore it at no cost. You are responsible for postage to me, and I cover the return postage once the repair is complete.

 

After the first year, or at any time your mala feels ready to evolve, a Renew My Mala service is available. In this service, your mala may be deconstructed, cleansed, re dowsed, and re knotted. Crystals may remain the same or shift slightly if new support is called for.

 

This allows your mala to grow with you rather than be replaced.

 

 

 

Timing and important notes

 

All malas are made to order. Please allow approximately two to four weeks from the time energetic permission is confirmed and the crystal combination is agreed.

 

Minor variations in crystals and layout are part of the bespoke process.
