Personalised Guided Meditation

Written with intention. Spoken with care. Created just for you.

A moment to reconnect with yourself. A journey shaped by your intentions. A meditation to return to whenever you feel called.

There is something deeply meaningful about having a meditation created especially for you.

Your experiences, intentions, hopes and inspirations are uniquely yours. Your meditation should reflect that.

At Starlight Rituals, I individually write and record guided meditations, thoughtfully shaped around the personal journey you wish to explore. Each meditation is an original creation, bringing together gentle guidance, meaningful imagery, moments of reflection and carefully selected meditation music.

Whether you're seeking peace and stillness, exploring a new chapter in your life, nurturing an intention or deepening your connection with something meaningful, your meditation becomes a personal ritual you can return to time and again.

✧ Your Personal Meditation Journey

Your experience begins with a thoughtfully designed questionnaire, inviting you to share the intentions, inspirations and feelings you'd love your meditation to explore.

Perhaps you're drawn to:

• Peace, relaxation and inner stillness

• Self-love, compassion and acceptance

• Confidence, courage and personal growth

• Gratitude, joy and abundance

• Connection with nature and the elements

• Spiritual exploration and intuitive awareness

• New beginnings and meaningful transitions

• A personal intention or experience entirely of your own

You are warmly invited to share whatever feels meaningful to you.

Your reflections become the inspiration for an individually written meditation, created through my personal, intuitive and creative process.

✧ A Journey of Your Own, or a Deeper Crystal Connection

Your meditation can be enjoyed as a beautiful standalone experience, shaped entirely around your own intentions and inspirations.

Alternatively, it can become a continuation of the journey behind a Starlight Rituals crystal creation.

Your Crystal Mala

If you own a Starlight Rituals crystal mala, your meditation can be created around the individual gemstones, symbolism and intentions woven into its design.

By sharing your mala's unique reference code, I can revisit the story behind your original creation and thoughtfully incorporate elements of its journey into your meditation.

You may choose to hold or wear your mala during your meditation, allowing the two experiences to become part of a personal ritual.

Your Crystal Comfort Belt

If you own a Starlight Rituals Crystal Comfort Belt, your meditation can draw inspiration from its individually selected gemstones, their traditional symbolism and the intentions that guided its creation.

Your meditation might explore grounding, connection, self-appreciation or simply the experience of bringing awareness to the meaningful piece you wear.

Whether your meditation stands alone or accompanies a crystal creation, it will always be written especially for you.

✧ Written With Intention, Recorded With Care

Once I've explored your responses, I begin creating your original meditation script.

I bring together carefully chosen words, visualisation, gentle affirmations, meaningful imagery and moments of stillness to create an experience that reflects the intentions you've shared.

I then personally record your meditation in my own voice, accompanied by thoughtfully selected royalty-free meditation music licensed for use within my recordings.

The approximately 20-minute experience includes spoken guidance, reflective pauses and gentle musical accompaniment, allowing you space to settle into the journey at your own pace.

Every meditation is individually written and recorded, rather than selected from a library of pre-recorded experiences.

✧ Your Written Meditation

Alongside your audio recording, you'll receive a beautifully presented digital PDF containing your complete meditation script.

This allows you to experience your meditation in whichever way feels most meaningful.

You might choose to read it quietly, speak the words in your own voice, revisit a favourite affirmation or simply keep it as a written reflection of your personal journey.

The written and recorded versions are both yours to keep, offering different ways to reconnect with your meditation over time.

✧ How Your Meditation Is Created

1. Begin Your Journey

Purchase your Personalised Guided Meditation and complete the accompanying questionnaire, sharing the intentions and inspirations you'd like me to explore.

If your meditation is connected to a Starlight Rituals mala or Crystal Comfort Belt, you can also share its unique reference code or identifying details.

2. Your Meditation Takes Shape

I thoughtfully explore your responses, bringing together your chosen themes, imagery, reflections and, where relevant, the story behind your crystal creation.

3. Written & Recorded Especially for You

Your original meditation is individually written, personally narrated and accompanied by gentle meditation music.

4. Your Personal Ritual Arrives

You'll receive your completed audio recording and written PDF digitally, ready to enjoy whenever you wish.

✧ A Meditation That Grows With You

A personalised meditation can become so much more than a single listening experience.

Words that resonate with you today may reveal new meaning when you return to them in the future.

You may find yourself revisiting your meditation during moments of change, returning to a favourite passage or making space for a familiar ritual of reflection and connection.

And as your journey continues, you may feel inspired to commission another meditation, exploring a different intention, experience or chapter of your life.

Each one becomes a unique reflection of the person you are and the journey you're creating.

✧ Creation & Delivery

Every meditation is individually written, recorded and prepared following receipt of your completed personalisation questionnaire.

Your finished meditation will be delivered digitally to the email address provided, including your audio recording and written PDF.

As each experience is created personally, please allow time for the writing, recording and preparation process. Your estimated completion date will be confirmed following review of your questionnaire.

This is a digital product. No physical item will be posted.

✧ A Gentle Note
